    Danny Dichio scored in the seventh minute and Toronto FC held on to extend its unbeaten streak to six games with a 1-0 win over D.C. United on Wednesday night. Toronto (4-2-2) hasn't lost since a 4-1 defeat (2-7-0) in the home opener for United (2-7-0) on April 5.     FC Dallas fired coach Steve Morrow on Tuesday, two days after an embarrassing 5-1 loss to David Beckham and the Los Angeles Galaxy in front of a rare home sellout. Assistant Marco Ferruzzi was named interim head coach, and general manager Michael Hitchcock said the search for a new coach would begin immediately. -- read full article

    Buddle's hat trick leads Galaxy over FC Dallas (AP)
    Edson Buddle had three goals, and the Los Angeles Galaxy scored four times in a span of 14 minutes in a 5-1 victory over FC Dallas on Sunday. Buddle's second goal gave the Galaxy a 4-0 lead in the 39th minute. His final goal, in the 85th minute, was assisted by David Beckham and Landon Donovan, who had two assists. -- read full article
