    Luciano Emilio's goal in stoppage time gave D.C. United a 2-1 victory over the Chicago Fire on Saturday night. Jaime Moreno tied the score at 1-1 for United in the 63rd minute.     Major League Soccer wants to make it clear: fans throwing objects onto the field will be tossed. MLS commissioner Don Garber issued a statement Friday responding specifically to a game between the New England Revolution and Columbus Crew in Ohio on May 24.
