| Los Angeles Galaxy defender Greg Vanney is retiring after 10 years in Major League Soccer. "While it is a bittersweet feeling to be ending my career today, I'm happy that I am able to do so with the Galaxy where I started my career," he said before Sunday's season finale against FC Dallas. | Landon Donovan won the MLS scoring title and scored on a penalty kick in the 79th minute to give the Los Angeles Galaxy a 2-2 tie with FC Dallas on Sunday in the season finale for both teams.
