| New England midfielder Khano Smith was suspended two additional games by the MLS on Wednesday for endangering the safety of a Kansas City Wizards player in a game this past weekend. Smith was shown a red card for serious foul play after a tackle on Wizards forward Herculez Gomez in the 42nd minute of the Revolution's 3-1 loss on Saturday. -- read full article |

| Milton Nunez had a goal and two assists to help CD Marathon beat D.C. United 4-2 in a CONCACAF Champions League match on Wednesday night. With the game tied 1-1, D.C. | Revolution F Twellman out with concussion symptoms (AP) |
| New England Revolution forward Taylor Twellman is out indefinitely because of problems related to a concussion he sustained in August. The Revolution said Tuesday that Twellman has been experiencing "ongoing issues" since Aug. 30 when he was hit in the head by Los Angeles Galaxy goalkeeper Steve Cronin. -- read full article |

| New England midfielder Shalrie Joseph apologized for his comments hinting the Revoltion wanted to injure a Kansas City Wizards player who had caused a season-ending injury to teammate Steve Ralston.
