Before that, though, Shia fronted a little movie called Disturbia which, despite being produced by Steven Spielberg, shocked the industry by holding the No. 1 box-office spot three weekends in a row.

Reuters - Walt Disney, Paramount, Twentieth Century Fox and Universal are soon expected to announce a long-sought $1.1 billion digital cinema deal that Hollywood hopes will boost attendance, cut costs and enable more 3-D viewing, sources close to the deal said on Thursday.

AP - Shia LaBeouf will not be charged with drunken driving for his involvement in a traffic accident that badly injured his hand, but could have his license suspended because sheriff's officials said he refused a breathalyzer test.
