| Bucknell hires Williams' Paulsen as new coach |
| Dave Paulsen was hired as Bucknell's basketball coach Tuesday after coaching Williams of Division III the last eight years.
He replaces Pat Flannery, who said last month he was leaving July 1 after coaching the Bison for 14 years.
Paulsen guided Williams to the Division III national title in 2003 and had a 170-53 record there. He also coached LeMoyne and St. Lawrence. -- read full article |

| Ex-Wildcat joins Olson's staff at Arizona |
| Former Arizona guard and assistant coach Reggie Geary has returned to coach Lute Olson's staff, the school announced Tuesday.
Geary, who played two seasons in the NBA, coached the Anaheim Arsenal of the NBA's development league the last 1 1/2 seasons. He was recruiting and basketball operations coordinator at Arizona in 2005-2006.
Geary played four seasons on Arizona teams that compiled a 104-23 record from 1992 to 1996. He averaged 7.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists for his career. -- read full article |

| Hunter and players to deliver 200,000 pairs of shoes |
| IUPUI coach Ron Hunter and his players are going to Nigeria in July to deliver some of the nearly 200,000 pairs of shoes that were donated after he went barefoot during a basketball game to help poor children.
Samaritan's Feet, a charitable organization based in Charlotte, N.C., convinced Hunter to go barefoot for a Jan. 24 game against Oakland, and Hunter set a pregame goal of collecting 40,000 pairs of shoes in honor of the 40th anniversary of the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. -- read full article |

| Sampson joins Bucks staff, mum on IU |
| Kelvin Sampson wants to restore his reputation and continue his career, and hopes he took a step in that direction by accepting a job as an assistant coach with the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday.
But Sampson will pass on the chance to explain his version of a messy divorce with Indiana University until after an NCAA hearing in mid-June.
