    North Carolina star Tyler Hansbrough is out of practice indefinitely with a stress reaction condition in his right shin. The reigning Associated Press player of the year did not practice Thursday. Instead, team spokesman Steve Kirschner says he underwent an MRI that revealed the stress reaction.     Three Qunnipiac University students have been arrested and dismissed from the school after an investigation into the racial harassment of three basketball players. Police say 18-year-old Charles Merritt of Maine made threatening and harassing phone calls to the African-American players.
