| Grady to transfer from Michigan |
| Michigan guard Kelvin Grady will transfer to another school.
The team and Grady announced his departure in a statement Thursday.
The university says Grady has not yet decided where he will transfer.
The 5-foot-11 sophomore from Grand Rapids says he needs a fresh start.
Michigan coach John Beilein says Grady has been released from the program and he wishes him well.
In two seasons with the Wolverines, Grady played in 64 games with 33 starts. He averaged 4.9 points, 1.6 rebounds and 2. -- read full article |

| With Calipari gone, Memphis recruits may leave too |
| John Calipari is heading to Kentucky to coach the Wildcats. And some of the members of this top-ranked recruiting class may be going with him.
Calipari flew to Lexington, Ky. Tuesday night to finalize details on the deal and Memphis has scheduled a press conference Wednesday to discuss the future of the program - which may not include some of the nation's top prospects.

| Oregon will retain Kent as basketball coach |
| Ernie Kent will stay on as Oregon's men's basketball coach after a disappointing 8-23 season.
The school also announced on Wednesday that it hired former Arizona assistant Mike Dunlap as associate head coach.
There had been speculation about Kent's future after the Ducks had the second-most losses in team history and went 2-16 in the Pac-10.
Kent, an Oregon alum, has coached the Ducks for 12 seasons. Oregon has gone 219-157 under Kent, making him the Ducks' winningest coach. -- read full article |
