| At $3.6M, Coach K by far Duke's richest employee |
Coach K remains Duke's highest-paid employee.
The school's most recent IRS documents were obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press. They show that Duke paid men's basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski (shuh-SHEFS'-kee) more than $3.6 million during the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2008.
The Hall of Fame coach made about $2.2 million the previous year.
Krzyzewski's salary is about 3 1/2 times that of Duke's next highest-paid employee. Chancellor emeritus Dr.

| Wojcik agrees to 6-year contract at Tulsa |
Doug Wojcik has agreed to a six-year contract to remain Tulsa's basketball coach.
Athletic director Bubba Cunningham says the deal adds a two-year extension to Wojcik's previous contract and now runs through the 2014-15 season.
Because Tulsa is a private school, other details of the contract were not revealed.
Wojcik is 81-53 in four seasons with the Golden Hurricane. Tulsa has won at least 20 games each of the past three seasons.

| USC announces O'Neill as news hoops coach |
Kevin O'Neill returned to the college ranks Saturday when he was announced as Southern California's basketball coach, taking over from Tim Floyd.
The school announced O'Neill's hiring in an e-mail. Floyd suddenly resigned June 9 amid allegations that he paid to have O.J. Mayo delivered to the Trojans. He said he was quitting after four seasons because he no longer had enthusiasm for his job.
O'Neill is scheduled to be introduced Monday at a campus news conference.
