Sloppy Huskers brace for unbeaten Mizzou (AP)
Here comes No. 4 Missouri, with its 54-point-per-game offense and Heisman hopeful quarterback Chase Daniel. Nebraska coach Bo Pelini seems plenty worried. Last week, the Cornhuskers (3-1) allowed Virginia Tech's chugalug offense to run up season bests in points and yards... -- read full article

Vols' Fulmer to consider change at QB (AP)
Jonathan Crompton and Nick Stephens will compete for Tennessee's starting quarterback job this week during practice, coach Phillip Fulmer said Sunday. Michigan's strength and conditioning program was revamped by Rich Rodriguez, who hoped the Wolverines would get stronger toward the end of games. It might've just paid off. The off week came at an opportune time for Georgia. The 11th-ranked Bulldogs are dealing with a rash of injuries, most notably to star running back Knowshon Moreno. Tough road tests await unbeaten Penn St. (AP)
Undefeated Penn State can start thinking big after college football's wild weekend. Could a third national title possibly be within Hall of Fame coach Joe Paterno's grasp? Penn State (5-0, 1-0 Big Ten) took care of its end in a somewhat choppy yet decisive 38-24 win over Illinois, allowing Paterno's crew to catapault... -- read full article

Kodi Burns got the fans worked up, but still isn't exactly racking up the passing yards. Chris Todd had No. 13 Auburn's only touchdown pass, but also threw a costly interception.
