    Mike Banner scored two goals to help the Chicago Fire outclass the third-tier Cleveland City Stars with a 4-1 win Tuesday night in round three of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.     Ivan Trujillo scored twice and the Kansas City Wizards beat the second-tier Carolina RailHawks 4-2 in extra time Tuesday night in the third round of the U.S. Open Cup.     Taylor Graham headed in a shot off a corner kick in the 43rd minute and Sebastien LeToux scored in the 80th to give the Seattle Sounders a 2-0 victory over Chivas USA in a third-round U.S. Open Cup game on Tuesday night, eliminating the MLS club for the second year in a row.
